SHIPPING TO ITALY


Italyummy ships throughout Italy. Delivery is scheduled for the second working day from when you receive the confirmation that the goods have been taken care of by the courier.

Shipping in Italy is free for orders over 59 euros. Under this amount, the cost of shipping is equal to 9.90 Euros, subject to the exceptions that we report below.

Venezia and Elba Island: 10 €  Extra Charges

La Maddalena, Carloforte and other minors Islands: 20 € Extra Charges

The following locations are not included in this offer:

Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, Venice, Elba Island, La Maddalena, Carloforte, Asinara, Tremiti Islands, Ustica, Livigno and all the other smaller islands.

When placing your order, leave an address where you are sure to be present at the time of delivery, or check a TNT Point near you if you reside in Italy and pick up your package there. You can consult the TNT Points from this link https://www.tnt.it/dovesiamo/dovesiamo.do.

TNT makes 1 delivery attempt after which the goods will be storage at the warehouse for 10 days. For the second attempt, the recipient must contact the courier before TNT tries another attempt, providing the tracking code received.

Upon entrusting the goods to the courier, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking code. This code allows you to keep track of your order and know the delivery times directly from the courier's website.

If an order is placed over the weekend (or on public holidays), preparation will begin on the first available business day. If you pay by bank transfer, the order will not be shipped until the payment is received on our bank account.

In the event of seasonal peaks, preparation and delivery times may lengthen. We advise you to order in advance. The producers are artisanal and small, they have production times that can vary and be longer than normal. In the event of a product shortage, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and propose appropriate solutions.

 

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the activities of couriers and their delivery methods, we do our best to select partners who demonstrate efficiency and quality in deliveries, but there can always be mistakes even among the best!

Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays in case of important events (strikes, holidays, bad weather, shipping peaks). We are responsible for the safe packaging of goods.

 

 

  

SHIPPING TO EUROPE

 

We ship with Fedex courier in Europe free of charge for orders over 149 Euro in the following countries:

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Liechtenstein Luxemburg, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary .

Delivery times on average are 3-4 working days but can also be up to 7 working days, depends on the location. 

We do not ship to the following countries: Canary Islands, Andorra, Turkey, Gibraltar, Aland Islands, Channel Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Campione d'Italia and all other non-EU countries at the moment.

You can find out the cost of shipping at checkout and it will depends on the Country you are ordering from. 

After receiving the order (and confirmation of payment), we prepare the goods for shipment in 24/48 (depending on the availability and seasonality of the products) then we pass it on to the Courier for delivery.

 When placing your order, leave an address where you are sure to be present at the time of delivery, or check if you have a Fedex Point near you, so that you can pick up your package there, instead. You can consult the Fedex Points closer to you from this link  https://www.fedex.com/locate/ and decide to use a Fedex Point as shipping  address, with no extra costs.

Fedex makes up to 3 delivery attempts , but remember that after 10 days you might get charge for any storage costs. We therefore ask you to contact their customer service or manage new delivery attempts directly from the Fedex website by entering a note with your information in order to reduce the risk of encountering in extra charges.
