Our artisan Italyummy Apricot Extra Jam, prepared by hand, good and genuine as per the traditional recipe, has an intense orange colour, with a tender and soft pulp and has a sweet, slightly acidic flavour, characteristic of the fruit. Like all our products, the raw materials are selected after a careful process with very stringent criteria and using the best products to create a tasty and delicious mixture. It is an intense product and loaded with excellent quality fruits in each jar.

DO YOU KNOW…

…why it is called "Extra" Jam? It is because our products contain at least 77% fruit and without the use of chemicals such as preservatives or sweeteners. Only brown sugar, lemon juice and pectin are used as a gelling agent.
