Our artisan Extra Jam, prepared by hand, good and genuine as it once was, has a dark red colour tending to brown, with a soft and velvety pulp and has a sweet, fruity flavour with a bitter aftertaste.

Once the jar is opened, it is difficult to stop. This jam is a tasty blend made respecting the tradition that closely resembles the one our grandmothers made and used to make tart with. The raw materials are always national in order to give you a 100% Made in Italy product.

BUT DID YOU KNOW THAT?

"Extra" jam because our products contain at least 65% fruit and this without having to resort to the use of chemical products such as preservatives or sweeteners. Only brown sugar, lemon juice and pectin are used as a gelling agent.

INGREDIENTS

Strawberries 66%, brown sugar, gelling agent: pectin, bitter cocoa powder 1.2%, lemon juice. Fruit used 66g to 100g of finished product.
