Our Italyummy Bitter Orange Marmalade, prepared by hand, good and genuine as the traditional recipe, has a bright orange colour, with a dense and soft pulp and has an elegant and fresh flavour, with a pleasant and slightly bitter aftertaste, characteristic of citrus fruit used. As soon as you open the jar you will be enveloped by a vigorous scent that will make you appreciate one of the most famous citrus fruits in Southern Italy. In fact, like all our products, the raw material is selected after a careful process and the product is made only with fresh fruit that has reached the perfect stage of ripeness.

DO YOU KNOW…

…unlike jams, the name marmalade is a mixture, brought to an adequate gelatine texture, of sugars, water and pulp and/or puree of citrus fruits only. This jam is very rich of fruits as it contains at least 60% fruit and is seen as a natural product as it does not contain chemicals such as preservatives or sweeteners. Only brown sugar, lemon juice and pectin are used as a gelling agent.
