Our artisan Italyummy Apple, Pine Nuts and Cinnamon Extra Jam, prepared by hand, good and genuine as the traditional recipe, has a dark orange colour with a dense and velvety pulp invigorated by pine nuts that are left whole and has a Christmas flavour very similar to strudel. Our fruits are harvested at the moment of maximum ripeness, for this reason these fantastic jams have a unique and inimitable flavour! A real treat! After careful and meticulous processing and slow cooking of the apple pulp, pine nuts and cinnamon are added to obtain a truly exceptional mix of complexity in taste.

…why it is called Extra Jam and what distinguishes it from a normal jam? In Extra Jam the quantity of fruit pulp equal to or greater than 450g is used for a 1kg of finished product; whilst in Normal Jam the quantity of fruit is usually equal or less than 350g of pulp per 1kg of finished product. In our apple, pine nut and cinnamon Extra Jam we have 78g of fruit for every 100 g of product, so we would like to warn you to be ready, because it is addictive.
