The Italyummy Ragù di Capriolo is a high quality product. It is a particular game sauce but certainly delicious. Venison meat is highly appreciated and consumed in mountainous areas and in the central regions of Italy. It has a less intense flavor than that of deer and is rather sweet, a taste that is balanced in our sauce by the skilful dosage of spices such as pepper, juniper and sage. Our Italyummy venison ragù is excellent for those who want an original and authentic sauce, but which does not taste too much of game and is rich in meat.

Roe deer meat 60%, tomato pulp, onion, wine, extra virgin olive oil, pork, garlic, salt, pink pepper, lemon juice, juniper, pepper, sage.
