The most classic Tuscan appetizer, so much so that it is called Tuscan crostino or "black crostino", belongs to the ancient traditional recipes that peasant families have been handed down for generations. Our chicken liver paté follows the traditional recipe, like those made "by the grandmother" for this reason it is artisanal, and we do not use any type of chemical additive. It is made of 58% chicken livers, onion, carrot, celery, sunflower oil, butter, pickled capers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a mixture of spices. Healthy and preservative-free ingredients that give a delicate and non-aggressive flavour to the spread. To be heated just 2 minutes in a pan and to be served on hot bread.

Chicken livers 58%, onion, carrot, celery, butter, sunflower oil, capers, anchovy paste, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, wine, salt, lemon juice, pepper.
HOW TO BEST USE IT
We advise you to heat it slightly over low heat for 1 or 2 minutes so that you can fully appreciate it on hot toast or savoury biscuits, a real delicacy that will make you bite into the authentic taste of the old Tuscan recipe.
