Slices of toasted bread with the addition of tomato, salt and olive oil are called bruschetta in Tuscany and can be prepared with either fresh tomato or a thick sauce.

HOW TO BEST USE IT

Serve it on lightly toasted bread or use it instead of jams or honey with cheeses. It can also be served in small bowls to dip carrot sticks, celery and other vegetables for a different veggie dip as it is a medium to low spicy.
